Jessica Buurma, owner and president of First & Main Property Management, Inc. is a licensed Property Manager with over 13 years of experience in Residential, Multifamily and Commercial Property Management in the Napa Valley. Jessica worked her way through college as an investment broker's assistant in one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the nation. After her graduation from Dordt College with a degree in Business Marketing, Jessica built and oversaw a local portfolio of over 600 units in the North Bay. Because of her extensive experience in such a wide range of property types, Jessica is well equipped to strategically assess and make recommendations on all aspects of commercial & residential asset management, lease analysis, and NNN reconciliation. Her diverse experience, fresh perspective and market-forward thinking will help ensure that your investment property will give you the best possible return on investment. 

Damian co-founded First & Main Property Management after nearly 20 years in the tech industry. Throughout his tenure with Apple and Hewlett-Packard Damian built a reputation for developing business strategies, incubating new business models, and building out channel programs. He also developed and managed an API Platform for Macys.com to support partner programs and the Macys & Bloomingdales mobile apps. Damian holds an EMBA degree in International Business. Spending many years creating systems, Damian is ready to transition into managing one. As an expert in AppFolio, he is able to provide our owners and tenants with top quality service, accounting and reporting. Damian Manages several HOAs in the Napa Valley and is a Certified Community Association Manager.

Working with some of the biggest names in property management and hospitality, Anthony has served in senior operations roles for WeWork and Sonder in New York City and Kasa in Denver. After falling in love with the Napa Valley on his honeymoon, Anthony and his wife relocated here in 2022. Anthony was previously with Harvest Inn in St. Helena, receiving an education in maintenance and partnering with contractors and skilled tradespeople to uphold the property. Outside of First & Main Property Management, you can find Anthony enjoying the local food scene—from Michelin-starred restaurants to street food—and hiking with his rescue dogs. He earned a degree in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management from Arizona State University.

Born and raised in Napa, Hannah learned the inner workings of the hospitality industry as a chef selected for staging at Eleven Madison Park, the iconic Michelin-3-starred restaurant in New York, and Bouchon in Yountville. For more than 10 years, she served as a creative consultant with La Saison, managing a full kitchen and event staff and day-to-day catering operations. In this role, Hannah supported a number of large scale and high-profile events in the Napa Valley, from multiple coursed dinners to seated tastings for signature wineries. Joining First & Main Property Management as an Administrative Assistant, Hannah quickly learned every aspect of property management alongside the founders during a time of significant growth for the agency.

Thai Le brings a wealth of customer service expertise to First & Main Property Management, shaped by many years in hospitality at high-end restaurants in San Diego. She also spent part of her career with a large event company, serving as an administrative assistant and playing a key role in coordinating and supporting major events. Her background in both guest-focused environments and complex event operations has honed her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate client needs. With her professionalism, adaptability, and warm approach, Thai is a valuable addition to our team, supporting our property managers and delivering the high level of service our clients and residents have come to expect.

As a fourth-generation Napa native, Cierra Yeager brings a deep-rooted connection to her community to her role at First & Main Property Management. Although new to the Property Management industry, she is enthusiastic about embarking on this new career path as the Bookkeeper. Cierra is a proud alumna of Vintage High School and furthered her education at Napa Valley College. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing and exploring new courses during her travels, visiting local farmers markets, and spending quality time with her dogs.

After receiving her degree in Real Estate from Mira Costa College, Julie moved from San Diego to St. Helena in 2016. As one of her previous company’s top property managers (and the sole office manager), Julie supervised portfolios up to 200 doors throughout the Valley. Known for being hands-on with maintenance, Julie also loves a good makeover project. She has volunteered at the Calabria Care thrift store refinishing and repurposing furniture and joined the St. Helena Soroptimist shortly after moving to the area.
